Jenny and Stefano Buratta opened Buratta's at the Royal Oak in 2003. With a lifelong career in catering, beginning in Italy, Stefano's culinary inspiration and Jenny's talent for excellent customer service and management (and her new antiques and collectibles shop), has made Buratta's a special place for anyone seeking a relaxing lunchtime or evening out, whether for business or pleasure. Buratta's has received a main entry in the Good Pub Guide in the 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 editions plus many other highly complementary reviews over the past few years. Buratta's now also appears in CAMRA's Good Beer Guide 2007 and CAMRA has confirmed entry in the 2008 edition. Both these highly respected guides depend on nominations and are not paid advertisements. |
